What makes Lustrous Cloth different from cheap Amazon dog shirts?
Three words: Comfort Colors fabric.
We use premium ring-spun cotton that's garment-dyed and pre-shrunk. It's butter-soft from day one (not after 50 washes). Our shirts survive 100+ wash cycles. Amazon basics fall apart after 5.
Your $15 Amazon shirt lasts 6 months. Ours last years. The math works out.
Plus, you're supporting a small business (us) instead of funding a billionaire's space hobby.
What are your T-shirts made of?
Comfort Colors 1717 - Premium ring-spun US cotton (100% cotton, though fiber content may vary for different colors).
It's the same fabric high-end brands use. Heavyweight (6.1 oz). Pre-shrunk. Garment-dyed for extra softness.
Not the stiff, cardboard-feeling stuff you get elsewhere.
Why are these $33 instead of $15?
Because quality costs more than garbage.

Do your shirts run true to size?
Yes! Classic unisex fit.
Order your normal t-shirt size for true-to-size fit. Want it looser? Size up one.

How long does shipping take?
Production: 2-4 business days (we print on-demand)
Shipping: 5-7 business days (US)
Total: Usually 7-14 business days from order to doorstep

🧺 CARE & QUALITY
How should I wash my Lustrous Cloth tee?
Keep it fresh with these steps:
✓ Turn inside out
✓ Machine wash cold
✓ Tumble dry low or hang dry
✓ Don't iron directly on the design
✓ Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals
Basically: Treat it like your favorite shirt. Because it will be.
Will the design crack or fade?
Not if you follow care instructions.
Our prints are heat-pressed onto premium Comfort Colors fabric. They're built to last 100+ washes when cared for properly.
Pro tip: Washing inside-out and using cold water extends the life even more.

How do these hold up to dog hair?
Better than cheap tees (but let's be honest, nothing is truly dog-hair-proof).
The heavyweight fabric doesn't show dog hair as badly as thin cotton. Plus, the darker colors (Navy, Black, Moss) hide hair better than light colors.
Dog hair is a lifestyle. We've accepted it. So should you. 😄
🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange my shirt?
Yes! 30-day return policy.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item:
Email us immediately at support@lustrouscloth.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No questions asked.
If it doesn't fit or you changed your mind:
Email us within 30 days of delivery. We'll help you exchange sizes or process a refund (return shipping on you).
Because our tees are made-to-order, we can't accept returns on items that were ordered correctly and arrived in perfect condition. But if there's an issue on our end, we'll absolutely make it right.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Email us ASAP at support@lustrouscloth.com.
If we haven't printed it yet, we can change the size. If it's already printed, we'll work with you on an exchange.
Bottom line: We want you to love your shirt. We'll do what we can to make it right.
